The site and its tools

vthex.com, including its free tools (auditors, calculators, quizzes and generators), is provided by VtheX Group for informational and evaluation purposes. Tool outputs — scores, estimates, outlines, generated assets — are indicative starting points, not professional advice, guarantees, or contractual offers. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: probe or disrupt the site or its APIs; use the audit tools against systems you are not authorized to assess; submit unlawful content; or misrepresent generated outputs as VtheX endorsements. We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.

Intellectual property

The VtheX name, X-device, wordmark and site content are VtheX Group property. Press assets may be used for editorial coverage per the press kit guidelines. Outputs generated from your inputs are yours to use; the underlying tools and templates remain ours.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent law permits, VtheX Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site or tool use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your residence.
