What we collect

When you use vthex.com we collect: (a) information you submit — name, email, phone, and the content of forms, quizzes and tools you choose to run (including tool inputs and generated outputs); (b) technical data — IP-derived region, device and browser characteristics, and usage analytics; (c) performance telemetry (page speed, frame rates) used solely to keep the site fast on devices like yours.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiries, deliver tool results you request, operate and improve the site, and — only with your consent — send you relevant communications. Tool submissions are stored in our CRM so a human can follow up meaningfully on what you actually asked.

Legal basis & consent (DPDP / GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the site, and contractual necessity where you engage our services. Consent requests are specific and revocable — write to info@vthex.com to withdraw, access, correct, or erase your data, and we will act within the timelines the applicable law (including India's DPDP Act 2023) prescribes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that run our infrastructure (hosting, analytics, email, CRM) under agreements that bind them to this policy's standards, or where law requires.

Retention & security

Data is retained only as long as its purpose requires or law mandates, protected by encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege infrastructure. Lead records you ask us to delete are removed from active systems and purged from backups on cycle.
