When you submit a form or run a tool on vthex.com, VtheX Group (the Data Fiduciary) seeks your consent to process the personal data you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, and the content of your submission — for the specific purposes stated at the point of collection.

Purposes

• Responding to your inquiry or delivering the tool result you requested;
• Maintaining a record of your interaction in our CRM so follow-up is meaningful;
• Sending communications you have opted into (each carries an unsubscribe).

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, nominate an individual to exercise rights on your behalf, and raise grievances. Requests: info@vthex.com — acknowledged and acted upon within the Act's timelines. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied with our response.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal of consent is as easy as giving it: a single email. Upon withdrawal we cease the related processing and delete the data unless another lawful basis requires retention.
